Almost a year ago, Fellowship Housing’s Board of Trustees began implementing their succession plan for our retiring Executive Director of over 30 years, Page Cannon. After conducting many interviews and holding countless selection committee meetings, they finally found the perfect person for the job! Nancy Egner, LICSW, MPA, comes to us with over 30 years of experience in the Mental Health field. She began her career as a direct service provider in Western Massachusetts, during which time she obtained her Master's Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. Nancy then worked her way through the ranks at various crisis response programs, treatment centers, and State Departments, including the New Hampshire State Department of Health and Human Services and the NH Department of Corrections. In 1993, she became the Program Director of Crisis and Residential Services at Clinical and Support Options, Inc. in Greenfield, MA, where she oversaw a budget of just under 2 million dollars. Nancy also worked at Riverbend Mental Health in the early 2000’s as the Director of Quality Assurance and Improvement. Nancy moved to New Hampshire 20 years ago and is very excited to be a part of the future of our organization. Nancy currently lives in Hillsboro with her 17 year-old daughter and dog, Zoie. We welcome Nancy Egner to Fellowship Housing and the Concord community!
