On Your Own But
Not Alone
Unsubsidized Housing for
People with Independent Living Skills
Fellowship Housing owns or manages several buildings intended primarily for low-income people with
mental illness. We accept Housing Choice vouchers in many of these
units and the application process is similar to that of our other
housing options.
As with our
subsidized projects, tenants may be eligible to receive
Outreach Services
and are expected to be able to meet the demands of
living in the community in accordance with HUD Section 811 projects
directives.
