Typically, people are referred to Fellowship Housing by the local community mental health center, Riverbend. The RiverShip Alliance was developed by Fellowship Housing and Riverbend to integrate our systems of care in order to best support individual needs and insure the most effective use our housing resources.

In the screening process, efforts will be made to address the changing needs of people presently in housing programs prior to admitting new candidates.
Each tenant in Fellowship Housing’s projects is responsible for making a monthly rental payment. Applicants are advised during the screening process of the approximate amount of rent, any utility charges, and shared expenses. Please see the sections on subsidized and unsubsidized housing for more information.
Applicants with Housing Choice vouchers who are disabled by mental illness are welcome to apply for Fellowship Housing units.
